In my role as training manager I work as part of several teams, there are three microbiology training managers across the NHS trust and we work together to ensure the training is delivered to a high quality on all the different sites, I am also part of the management team within my own laboratory as well as mentor to our 15 trainees, as these demands are often conflicting great team working and organisational skills are required.

The only course in the world dedicated to teaching people with Complex Communication Needs. Units were CCN: Literacy, Language and Communication for all, CCN: Being an Effective Communication Partner, Project - Communication and Angelman Syndrome in Scotland, Positive Behaviour Support for Students with Complex Needs.
