Overall really, really excellent training, expertly delivered.  I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be recommending it to all.  I knew it would be great and you did not disappoint.

Clearly, you put lot of thought and effort into the preparation.  I thought you handled the group dynamic skilfully, encouraging all to participate as much as they wished and keeping it on track without letting dominant personalities / irrelevant chat take over.

Our daughter has multiple disabilities and is non-verbal. She had been provided with a (PODD) communication book but we hadn’t the first idea how to help her to use it. Tracey organized the training that got us started and continues to support us to support our daughter with her communication journey. It is still a work in progress, but with Tracey’s guidance, our daughter’s communication has been transformed.

I have known Tracey in both personal and professional situations over the last 5 years.  As a fellow parent of a child with complex needs, I appreciated the help and input into the communication needs of my son.  Although he is non verbal, he was discharged from Speech and Language services and the only way that he was able to access support was through Tracey, who provided him with a structure and communication system.  She has an innate understanding of what both children and their parents need and her support has made an immeasurable difference.  On a professional level, I am involved with a charity SupERkids that runs activities for kids with additional support needs.  Tracey ran a Communication Club and I saw at first hand the inroads that she made into the literacy and communication needs of a range of children at different ages.  I cannot recommend Tracey more highly.

Tracey’s help & knowledge has been invaluable to us over the years; from finding me a funded place on a PODD course when Amelia was young to start our journey, answering our many questions & being a great source of encouragement when things have been difficult, she really has been with us every step of the way. Tracey has gone above & beyond & advocated for Amelia along with helping her school on their journey too. We can’t thank you enough for all you have done for us.

Tracey delivered PODD awareness and information sessions to our staffing team. The sessions were well delivered, very informative and well presented. The information and guidance provided over the session were incredibly helpful for staff as they prompted how to engage and support effective communication with young people who utilise PODD.
