Introduction to Literacy Workshop

Service Description

This workshop is an introduction into how to improve reading and writing skills for those who have learning difficulties, motor problems and/or complex communication needs. You will learn why literacy is key to building a better and more fulfilled life and the tools we can use to help. You will have a brief introduction into the different interventions that can be used depending on the literacy experience and skills of your learner. This includes reading with others and independently, reading comprehension, working with letters, sounds and words, and writing independently and with others.
