Sometimes you might want to get more details about the topics and why someone has answered in a particular way. The table below gives some ideas about how you might want to further explain the questions and then follow up questions.
Remember to try not to lead the conversation to what you like someone might be saying. Always offer an alternative to your choices. Ask before moving on there is anything else that they want to say. ​​
